Goodbye, Church.

I’m trying to figure out what to do with my Sundays, now that James Cameron has discovered the body of Jesus.  If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

  1. Looks like I’ll finally get a day to sleep in each week. 🙂

I’ve just been chatting to Dr Ross Clifford. Principal of Morling College in New South Wales and current President of the Baptist Union of Australia, on my radio programme. We had a good chat about the ‘new discovery’.

I’ve put a link to our chat on my blog. http://www.rodneyolsen.net/2007/02/putting-jesus-in-box.html

  2. Start a new church that worships Jesus and his family. Or the grave site. Or James Cameron.

  3. Wow… yeah, I just read about this. How slow am I? The blogosphere is abuzz with this. Amazing how cheap technology is these days. Anyone can say anything and immediately there’s half a million people changing the form and creating new media from it that looks very pro. Someone “discovers” Jesus Tomb and instantly there’s a pro movie made on discovery channel. I’m ashamed at the brash acceptance of this claim, given that it’s been tried several times in the past both ancient and modern. Yuck.

  4. Convert to Hinduism. We’ll all be long dead before any archaeologist can find all their thousands of gods.
